Establish, monitor and report on KPI鈥檚 to track transformation outcomes. Working with the IT Service Desk Lead oversee communications and engagement activities from IT Services, ensuring timely, transparent, and audience-appropriate information flow to all university communities, including service updates, change notifications, and incident communications and develop and maintain communication materials such as service updates, newsletters, executive summaries, and stakeholder briefings.
