Candidates must have a minimum of four years' experience in teaching, school-based support, or project management. Strong communication skills and proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese) are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with advanced degrees in science education or related disciplines, recognized teaching qualifications, or those who have held leadership positions in schools. The appointee will be involved in projects related to STEAM and AI education. He/She will provide school-based professional support to project schools and work closely with the project team to manage and coordinate various aspects of the projects. He/She is expected to: design and implement professional development workshops for teachers and school leaders on STEAM education, artificial intelligence, science education, self-directed learning and innovation leadership; collaborate with project teachers to design STEAM curricula that integrate AI technologies and incorporate self-directed learning strategies; develop, implement and evaluate independently school-based support plans for project schools; foster multi-level innovation and leadership capacity in project schools; draft project proposals, school reports and case stories, develop design resources and project deliverables, and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (including data collection and analysis); and perform other duties as assigned. This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end accountability for domestic student recruitment and acquisition across all student cohorts. You will lead the development and delivery of an integrated, insight-led recruitment strategy, connecting targeted outreach, high-impact engagement and conversion activity to achieve enrolment targets in a highly competitive and rapidly evolving higher education market. Working closely with Marketing, Data & Insights, Faculties, and student-facing services, the role has a strong focus on student engagement, lead generation, and conversion. You will design and deliver large-scale engagement and outreach programs, including school and community engagement, events and pathway initiatives. You will use market intelligence and performance data to evaluate effectiveness, optimise activity and identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
