Lee University is a liberal arts institution based in the town of Cleveland, southeastern Tennessee. It was founded in 1918 as a Bible Training School, and continues an affiliation with the evangelical Church of God. The university is named for F.J. Lee, the second president of the institution. Sports teams are known as the Flames, and in 2014 the women鈥檚 soccer team won the NCAA Division I championship.
The university is split into two colleges, Arts & Sciences and Education, and three schools; Music, Nursing, and Religion. Lee also offers six areas of graduate study, from a Master's in business administration to a Master of music in conducting.
Students can enjoy the theatrical productions that take place at the 450 seat proscenium arch theatre at Dixon Centre, and the close environment of the 105-seater performance area on the third floor of the Vest building. The university offers a B.A. in Theatre, and students can obtain and create necessary equipment at the shops of Costume, and Scene.
The Festival Choir is made up from around 350 singers from the seven choral ensembles at Lee University. The choir regularly performs at campus and community events with the Symphony Orchestra and Wind ensemble, and in January 2013 performed at the 57th Presidential inauguration, welcoming Barack Obama into his second term in office. 聽聽
Lee University is an institution dedicated to Christian ethics, and requires each student to sign a Community Covenant upon enrollment. In this role, you will work closely with industry partners to develop and implement WiFi MAC layer firmware and drivers, contributing to cutting-edge advancements in wireless communications. The Telecommunication research area within the School of ECE has an established international reputation in wireless communications and signal processing, comprising five IEEE Fellows, several research fellows, and more than 50 postgraduate students. Your key responsibilities will be to: design and develop WiFi MAC layer architecture and firmware solutions evaluate and implement new WiFi features aligned with emerging standards develop and maintain C or RTL-based programming for MAC layer components define and optimise partitioning across drivers, firmware, and RTL design collaborate with internal teams and external industry partners to deliver project outcomes manage competing deadlines and contribute to multiple concurrent workstreams.
