Clayton State University is a liberal arts college with a main campus in Morrow, a small town in the US state of Georgia. Sister campuses across the state are Clayton State East, Peachtree City, McDonough, and Jonesboro. As well is the rural wildlife setting of CSU鈥檚 expansive campus, it is nearby Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and an estimated eighteen minute drive to central Atlanta itself.

CSU is split into four colleges; Arts & Sciences, Business, Health, Information & Mathematical Sciences, as well as a graduate school. CSU is also home to Spivey Hall, which is regarded as one of the best small music halls in the nation, thanks to both it鈥檚 excellent acoustics and beautiful surroundings. It was opened in 1991 and named for Emilie and Walter Spivey, local businessmen and philanthropists with a love of the arts.

Athletics are a core element of life and study at CSU, with five men鈥檚 and five women鈥檚 teams competing in varsity sports under the team name Lakers. In 2011 the women鈥檚 basketball team won the NCAA Division II Championship, the first such title for a team from the American southeast. An athletics Hall of Fame was created in 2013 to honour esteemed alumni, and includes the Laker鈥檚 record points for a single men鈥檚 basketball game holder Robert Conley, and athlete Allison Kreutzer, a four-time All American honours winner.

There is an active international exchange programme at CSU. This includes an established partnership with Daejeon University in South Korea, welcoming students for a semester of study from both their Business and Nursing Colleges. Outward CSU students can partake in established Study Abroad programmes in locations such as Costa Rica, Jamaica and China.

Working with the IT Service Desk Lead oversee communications and engagement activities from IT Services, ensuring timely, transparent, and audience-appropriate information flow to all university communities, including service updates, change notifications, and incident communications and develop and maintain communication materials such as service updates, newsletters, executive summaries, and stakeholder briefings. You are highly organised, detail-oriented and analytical, with strong planning, time management, data analysis and reporting skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising accuracy.
