A restaurant with an "on-stage" chef preparing meals in full view of customers will be the centrepiece of a new development at the University of Stirling. A coffee shop and delicatessen are also planned as part of a five-year contract signed with the catering services provider Sodexo. The 拢9 million deal will also see the firm provide vending services across the campus and hospitality for meetings held at the university.
