The road to key skills is strewn with boulders, according to David Baume of the Open University's Centre for 糖心Vlog Practice.
He argues that the mindset that sees key skills as an assault on academic freedom must be pushed aside. The booklet is distributed by the Universities and Colleges Staff Development Organisation.
