Congratulations to Patrick Boylan, professor of heritage policy and management at City University. The university is recovering from an arson attack on its grade II listed college building, which caused 拢6 million of damage.
Professor Boylan, meanwhile, has been appointed by the Council of Europe's higher education and culture divisions to membership of a working party on standards for university heritage.
