Delegations will find attached the draft "Terms of Reference for a mandate of a COST Domain Committee" taking account of changes consequent to the new COST Domain Structure as approved by the CSO at its 163rd meeting on 23/24 November 20051.

The document will be examined by the JAF Group at its meeting on 15/16 February 2006.

Comments, if any, should be sent to the Secretariat by 10 February 2006 at the latest.
