Meanwhile, affairs between academics and students will be condoned in Croatia's capital if the new code of behaviour issued by Zagreb University is anything to go by. It states that voluntary sexual affairs between members of the university community do not have the character of harassment and can be seen as private matters. But the code does condemn "demands for sexual favours in exchange for certain acts by those in positions of authority".
