During national science week a general rule is emerging: lock your granny up if she lives anywhere near York. Last year, York University invited punters to "Get granny barcoded". This must have been successful because the new techno-grannies are being lured this year to York's National Railway Museum with the slogan, "Get granny into Cyberspace".
