Friedrich-Wilhelm GRAEFE ZU BARINGDORF (Greens/EFA, D) for the Agriculture Committee will be tabling a non-binding draft resolution on the use of genetic resources in agriculture approving the proposal without amendment. The aim of the proposed regulation is to establish a new Community programme to promote the conservation, characterisation, collection and utilisation of genetic resources in agriculture.
