The European Commission's Information Society DG has published a prior information notice regarding an upcoming call for tenders for a benchmarking study to measure the eEurope 2005 e-learning indicator.
The Commission expects to publish the call between September and December 2003, with an estimated budget for the study of 650,000 euro.
