Nudge-it
This 16 institution, multi-country initiative aims to find out what drives decisions of when we eat and the types of food we choose. The research will examine how eating habits develop and what influence hunger, emotions, stress and economic factors have on food choices. The aim is to provide better evidence for public health policies aimed at promoting a healthy diet. 鈥淥ur goal is to understand the physical and psychological factors that control eating behaviour, so that we can develop more effective strategies for encouraging healthier food choices,鈥 Gareth Leng said.
