This week's award for spreading alarm and despondency goes to the public relations office of the University of Wales, Cardiff which has issued a press release under the horrifying headline "Redwood Returns to Wales". Before the entire population of the principality begins to trek eastwards in search of safety, it should be pointed out that the release refers to a gift to UWC of a portrait of one Theophilus Redwood, first president of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain and a native of the Cardiff district.
