Adolfo Ibá?ez University (UAI) is an academic community that began life as the Valparaiso Business School. It was established in 1953 by the Adolfo Ibá?ez Fundation. It was the first business school in Chile and Latin America. UAI was established as a university in 1988. It has campuses in Santiago, Vi?a del Mar and Miami and specialises in business, liberal arts, engineering, law and social science. UAI offers 45 graduate programmes: five doctorates and 40 master's degrees.
