List of Topics for Open Debate at Council Meetings during the Austrian Presidency

1. Attached is the list of the of topics on which the Presidency proposes to hold open debates at meetings of the Council during the second half of 2005, pursuant to Article 8 para 3 of the Council's Rules of Procedure.

2. COREPER is invited to adopt the attached list as a procedural decision.

3. In adopting this list, some leeway should be allowed for possible changes which may have to be made.
